Following the tragic death of the couple’s two-year-old daughter at their home in South Tampa last weekend, Jordanna Barrett, the wife of NFL player Shaquil Barrett, has released a heartrending statement.

According to heartbreaking reports, Tampa police officers responded to an incident involving a young child who had fallen into a pool on Sunday, April 30, shortly after 9:30am local time.

Arrayah, the two-year-old daughter of the Barretts, was rushed to the hospital where life-saving procedures were applied, but she tragically passed away that same day. Jordanna, the wife of Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Shaquil, took to the internet to make a statement as thousands of people offered words of comfort.

With a photo of her daughter recently celebrating her second birthday, Jordanna wrote: “Our world will never be the same. Credit: Getty Images/Mike Ehrmann/Staff. My heart will always be with Arrayah because she was the apple of my eye. “My baby, I adore you so much. I truly apologize. Please keep an eye on your siblings, as well as your parents, until we next meet. We will always and forever love you. “I can’t wait to give you a big hug and see that priceless smile again. Anything would be my absolute favorite. Without you, Barrett 6 wouldn’t exist, and until we all meet again in heaven, we’ll hold onto your spot down here forever. Forever and always, I love you. ”.

Additionally, Jordanna shared a link to her daughter’s obituary. “Arrayah’s smile brought such joy to anyone who encountered her,” it read. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers added their own tribute to the online outpouring of condolences, writing: “Our thoughts and prayers are with Shaq, Jordanna, and the entire Barrett family during this incredibly trying time.

In spite of the fact that there are no words that can truly comfort a person at this time, we want to show them our love and support as they start to come to terms with the profound loss of their beloved Arrayah. According to reports, Arrayah was the youngest of Shaquil and Jordanna’s four children. During his eight-year career, Shaquil Barrett, 30, has twice made the Pro Bowl. Arrayah, please go in peace. You made the angels keep watch over you.
