In the Danube delta, Ovidiu came across the chained wild horse, and his heart burst. With his legs restrained by heavy chains that were even tearing into his skin, the horse was unable to move around unhindered. The horse could hardly even move no matter what he did.
International Ovidiu was well aware of the fact that horses love nothing more than to be free to run and roam. So he started acting right away. The Rescue Ovidiu gathered his tools and started working right away. He draws the creature closer and eventually gets it to lie down.

Given how long he had been paralyzed, he almost seems perplexed by his newly acquired mobility. When he finally understands he is free, his joy is uncontrollable, and he celebrates his new-found freedom.
