Always, after acts of kindness, there is a good cascade.

When Carrie Jernigan went last-minute shopping, she found summer sales and a store that was about to close.

They went inside Payless Store to look through the racks in search of a great pair of shoes.

The fact that some retailers do hold sales is common knowledge.

This is a nice thing for those who enjoy shopping at deep discounts!

The 9-year-old daughter of the mother of three had the idea to buy a pair of shoes for a school friend while shopping for shoes for her three kids.

Harper said in a conversation, “I know he likes the Avengers, and I saw some Avengers shoes, so I said, Hey, Mom, could you buy these for my friend?”.

The head of the Alma, Arkansas, school board and a local attorney named Jernigan made the request without giving it any second thought.

She jokingly asked the salesperson, “How much for the rest of the shoes in here?”.

Nevertheless, they put on a few pairs of the shoes they had selected.

The salesperson asked for her number instead of trying to sell her all the shoes that were still in stock.

A call informed her that she could choose to have all of the store’s inventory a short time later.

Jernigan received roughly 1,500 pairs of shoes on that day.

When asked where they intended to give the shoes away, Harper replied, “We are going to give them away at middle school.”.

Being a good kid and being kind to others is a wonderful way to start school.

More donations—including ones for money and school supplies—came in as the weeks went by.

Additionally, they gathered shoes.

It was a great way to get ready for the giveaway that would take place in August when classes would resume.

According to Jernigan in the interview, that is the main emphasis.

“If it grows to the point where it prompts you to take one small action to help that student get ready for school, it will matter to that one child,” she continued. ”.

The response from Harper was the family maxim, “Be nice and kind.”.

She went on, “I hope they experience more love than they did before.”.

Following the publication of the YouTube video, the family received praise for their efforts.

It only takes one straightforward act of kindness to make a difference, a user once wrote. ”.

What a kind gesture, another user said.
