Gwyneth Paltrow is being transparent about her menopause experience.
When a fan questioned the 50-year-old Politician actress during a Q&A session on her Instagram Story on Friday, she answered honestly.
Without holding back, Paltrow replied, “I can’t deal, please help me and all us ladies, good Lord.”.
After a pregnant follower requested advice on how to handle the first trimester, the Goop founder continued to discuss her thoughts and feelings during the Q&A.
In response, the actress said in a video that she had “really rough” first trimesters with both of her children, son Moses, 17, and daughter Apple, 19, whom she had with her ex-husband Chris Martin.
Paltrow said, “I wish more people had let me know how difficult it can be. “I had a lot of people in my life who said, ‘I feel amazing pregnant,’ and I felt so awful. Thus, the best aspect is that it is worthwhile. I simply cannot express how worthwhile it is, but I sincerely hope it succeeds in the second trimester. ”.
In response to a different fan question, Paltrow posted a brief video of herself grinning in a bathtub with a candle lit behind her on a cabinet table. This was part of the Q&A session.
On Monday, Paltrow posted a picture of her and daughter Apple enjoying a quick spa day while also cooking a delicious meal.
The wellness guru shared a picture of the couple last weekend on her Instagram Story while they were applying under-eye cream to their skin while cooking.
Cooking, of course, while wearing an eye mask, Paltrow wrote in the caption.
Numerous cookbooks have been written by Paltrow, the most recent of which, The Clean Plate, was released in 2019. On her blog, goop, she frequently posts articles about food. Recently, Costa Mesa, California, welcomed the newest location of her takeout restaurant, goop Kitchen.
Before Apple returns for her sophomore year of college in New York, the two are probably trying to squeeze in as much mother-daughter time as they can this summer. Paltrow acknowledged missing her daughter while she was away at school in an Instagram Story post from back in January.
She posted an old selfie she had taken with Martin along with the message, “Still trying to get used to it.
