One thing that cannot be praised enough is the effort many rescues put into saving as many dogs as possible.
Adopting a dog is a very noble and heroic task if you are looking for a forever home with someone who deserves it. I applaud those who do this every day. It’s not easy to see struggling dogs, but adopting them is also a wonderful thing.
In this story, we will talk about a rescue dog who is having a hard time being separated from his new mother. This is the cutest rescue dog you will see today.
Meira’s sad story

When rescuers first discovered Meira, she was a puppy living in an abandoned house with her mother and other siblings.
The Minnesota shelter workers who rescued them thought their former owners might be running a puppy mill, so they moved in and took them in. Mayra’s mother was in very poor condition and struggling to care for her nine puppies, so the rescuers wasted no time in getting them all to safety.
They continued by posting a story on their page about the puppies and it gained a lot of attention.
Meira’s human mom, Greta, told GeoBeats Animals: “And then I saw a post on Pit Squad Rescue’s Facebook page that had a picture of Meira and her eight other siblings.”
She wanted to adopt one, so she went to a shelter in Minnesota. When he came, Mayra immediately ran to him and fell asleep on his lap. He then decided that this dog was the right choice for him.
Meira’s beautiful new life

When Meira went to live in her forever home, it was immediately clear to Greta that she was a very well-behaved and friendly dog. He enjoyed being around other dogs and people, but not as much as when his human mother died.
They bought a dozen call buttons that she likes to use to express herself, and every time Greta leaves the house she spams mom’s buttons. He doesn’t like losing his mother. But when we are together, we make the most of our time together. Meira also enjoys going for daily walks and exploring the local area. Greta tries to take him almost everywhere and he absolutely loves it.
