The opening scene of the Make Over Guy video shows the client’s sister’s response in the past. We have to wait to see what the surprise will be because she is undeniably surprised.
She is a 60-year-old retired registered nurse with little to show for her efforts. She acknowledges that before deciding to do it for herself, she watched countless makeover videos.
The ex-nurse is incredibly funny about her appearance as she banters back and forth with Christopher. She chuckles, “I tried to make myself look as bad as possible. Christopher shows the woman how to match her hair color to her skin tone as he holds various swatches up to her head. He explains that they must stay in the cool hue family and stay away from red tones in order to contrast her skin and change from the original salt and pepper.
This woman is the best applicant because she is open to trying anything. She tells him she’s ready for short hair, and Christopher is overjoyed. Even though she doesn’t have the hair for it, she claims she’ll do a pixie cut.

The woman almost completely changes when she reappears in the following scene. She has lovely short, darker hairstyle with a top curl. Her flawless and vibrant makeup really makes her eyes pop.
The best part, according to Christopher, was just letting him work his magic. The woman claims to feel like she is thirty-five again. What an amazing transformation—it doesn’t get much better than that.
