True love is hard to come by these days. But when it does, you should treasure it. In doing so, these two have acted.

Ernest Griggs Sr. and Lynda Griggs. have been a couple for over 43 years. For them both and in the eyes of the Lord, it was a noteworthy accomplishment. Thanks to Ernest’s generosity, they have survived this long.

In Orlando, Florida, Ernest felt moved to sing to his wonderful wife during a Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen. In the original song, he expresses his love for her and how they first met.

The song’s lyrics claim that he and his wife first connected when she was only sixteen years old. Four years after they first started dating, they decided to get hitched. The rest is history.

Ernest seems to be a dancer as well as a poet. He sings to his wife and puts on a show for her. Movements and hand gestures fill the center of the restaurant.

To the enthusiastic applause of the restaurant patrons, he sings with assurance that Lyndy has been by his side throughout their 43-year relationship.

As a spectator applauds Ernest’s performance, he gleefully declares, “That won’t be outdone!” and smiles to himself. A modest Lyndy is proudly beaming by his side.
