A Vicar of Dibley cast member named Dawn French shared some of her daily routines.
Dawn French gave an Instagram update on her painful health situation and her coping mechanisms on Wednesday.
Before disclosing that she has osteoarthritis, Dawn wrote on her Instagram account: “Glamorous start to the day when you have a crumbly knee.”. The photo she shared showed her on her knees and feet, holding an exercise ball between her thighs.
The discomfort in Dawn’s knees has been discussed in the past. Osteoarthritis is the most common type of arthritis in the UK, according to the NHS, and it makes joints uncomfortable and stiff.

Since the condition typically affects the knees, hips, and tiny joints of the hands, Dawn is not alone in her suffering.
Osteoarthritis can be treated with regular exercise and physiotherapy and is a condition brought on by age, excessive joint use, and obesity.

The 65-year-old is definitely on the right track to managing her osteoarthritis, and she has previously talked about how nutrition and exercise helped her lose 7.5 stone, going from 19 stone to 11.5 stone.

No magic wand, she made it clear. “All I did for weeks and weeks was eat tiny, joyless low-calorie meals and exercise much more. It was gloomy. I lost 7.5 pounds of weight. I may undergo keyhole surgery. Great. It was purely functional.

Throat nodules, or growths on the vocal cords, can form when you strain or overuse your voice, particularly when talking loudly or for a long time as Dawn does on stage during a tour.
