Because of the serious damage to his vocal cords, doctors have advised him to refrain from singing for the next thirty days. That’s why there will be multiple events: Toronto on September 12, Chicago on September 15, Detroit on September 18, Raleigh on September 21, and Washington, D.C. on September 27. have all been pushed back to the beginning of 2024.
Aerosmith apologized to their fans in an official statement for having to postpone the concerts. Steven Tyler expressed his sadness over the circumstance and described how he suffered vocal cord damage during a recent performance, which resulted in bleeding.
But the group is committed to giving their supporters the show they expect.
