Barron Trump just began his final year at Oxbrige Academy in Florida. Already, the start of this year has been very challenging as he and his father, Donald Trump, received death threats; and his father’s involvement in several lawsuits and trials has not made things any easier.

Barron’s mother, Melania Trump, has put all her energy and time into protecting her son from scrutiny and bad news about his father. She was the one raising him back in New York, even though Donald, of course, took some time to get to know his son and spend quality time with him.

Today, he has grown into a very tall boy – but sadly, it doesn’t seem like everyone likes it. In fact, according to Michael Wolff, author of Siege: Trump Under Fire, Trump has a strained relationship with Barron. Moreover, Wolff claims that one reason is that the former president is jealous of his son’s height.

A lot of Barron Trump’s life is still a mystery. Donald, Melania, and Barron moved to Mar-a-Lago after leaving the White House. Not long after this, it was announced what the president’s youngest son would do moving forward, as a spokesperson for the private school Oxbridge Academy confirmed that Barron Trump had enrolled there. He is part of the class of 2024.

According to its website, the tuition to attend Oxbridge’s private school for 2023-2024 is $38,500. That includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, textbooks, learning support, and college counseling services.

Barron Trump – tallest in the family

Barron is currently in his third year of high school. Last fall, a rumor began to spread on Facebook that Barron had been expelled. As reported by Politifact, a post ran with the title “Barron Trump has been kicked out of school for fees.” It subsequently detailed how the youngest Trump had been kicked out of the school because his family could not pay the tuition.

It turned out to be untrue.

Barron Trump has also made the news (and has left social media crazy) for other reasons; he’s growing into an exceptionally tall young man. Pictures of him stepping out in public in New York City with his mother, Melania, spread across the internet. It evoked the same reaction when he was spotted at Mar-a-Lago. Even Donald Trump seems to be impressed.

“Barron is 6-foot-7, can you believe it? And he’s 15,” Trump said in 2021. “Eric is short — he’s only 6-foot-6.”

As of today, not much is known about Barron Trump’s progress in school or how he is living his life at the Mar-a-Lago resort. However, one thing for certain is that his family remains in the spotlight – in part due to his father’s trouble with the law.

As Donald Trump enters yet another trial, the former President and First Lady are said to have been left in shock over what happened to their son, Barron, in August.

At the time, a Chicago woman was arrested over alleged threats to kill Donald Trump and Barron. The social studies teacher was arrested on a charge of transmitting threats to kill or injure Donald and his son.

Stalker wanted to shoot Barron “straight in the face”

It came just months after she had traveled to Florida to allegedly stalk Barron. The woman had been questioned by police in Palm Beach outside the Oxbridge Academy in March, the Chicago Tribune reported.

The Guardian reported that the death threat was sent in an email to the unidentified head of an educational institution in Palm Beach County, southern Florida, where Mar-a-Lago is located.

“I will state that I will shoot Donald Trump Sr AND Barron Trump at any opportunity I get!” the woman wrote in an email in May.

As per CBS, a senior law enforcement official said the woman had been “on the US Secret Service’s radar for several years” and that recently the “nature of her threats escalated to become more specific.”

What’s good for Barron is that soon his time at Oxbridge will come to an end. As a Trump family member, he will undoubtedly begin studying at college afterward, and according to the New York Times, Melania and Donald are already looking at colleges in New York. Donald Trump later confirmed that as he spoke with author Megyn Kelly.

In the September 15 interview, Donald Trump revealed new details about Barron Trump’s future and gave some insight into Melania’s life.

“She’s doing very well. She’s very strong, very, very even-keeled. And she’s a very good woman,” Donald said about Melania, adding that things are going very well between them.

Donald Trump called Barron a “great student”

Earlier this year, as Melania didn’t appear to support her husband, some reports suggested that things might have begun to unravel between them.

But that, according to Donald, is not the case at all.

“She’s a very calm person. It’s very interesting, and I think that’s what people like about her. Our dinners are nice dinners, our dinners are like people’s dinners… we actually get along very well,” he explained.

Donald Trump added that he and Melania are “looking into” the possibility of Barron attending the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

“He’s a good kid, he’s a good-looking kid. He’s a great student, very good student,” the former president added.

When Barron Trump grew up, much of his childhood was spent with his mother. Donald Trump had his hands full with his businesses but always took Barron out to dinner or have some other quality time with him.

Recently, though, reports have suggested that the former president might have a feud with his son. Why? Well, apparently, he’s jealous of his son’s height.

As shown repeatedly, Donald Trump always likes be in the spotlight, and he’s not afraid of showing it. But sadly, according to author Michael Wolff, that might have had a negative impact on his family.

Reported feud between Barron Trump and Donald – he’s ‘jealous’ about his height

In his book, Siege: Trump Under Fire, Wolff claims that Trump has a strained relationship with Barron, and that he is also resentful of his height. Sadly, Wolff suggests that Donald is so insecure about Barron being taller than him that it has made him refuse to be pictured next to his son.

Appearing on The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell, Wolff said Donald Trump is jealous of everyone’s height.

“He never lets himself be in a photograph with someone taller than he is. Height is one of his techniques. He uses his height — and, remember, Donald Trump is a very large man.”

While height appears to be a very sensitive subject for Donald Trump, few know how tall or short he is.

When he was arrested after arriving at the Fulton County jail in Atlanta in August, the measurements he gave in the booking record claimed that he was 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighed 215 pounds, The Washington Post reported, as per NickiSwift. Moreover, the newspaper stated that Donald’s last White House physical listed him as being 25 pounds heavier, at 240 pounds.

Previously, Politico obtained a copy of Donald’s driver’s license, which stated he’s 6 feet 2 inches tall.

Television host and political commentator Joe Scarborough once took a dig at Donald regarding his height.

“I’ve stood next to him many times. I’m about 6′ 4″. Maybe he’s 6′ 1″, maybe he’s 6′ 1.5″, 6′ 2″. He’s a good bit shorter,” Scarborough said on Morning Joe.

“But his staff reported him at 6′ 3″ and in a fighting weight of 215. That would be like if my staff reported me: ‘Describe Mr. Scarborough’s appearance.’ ‘He looks a lot like Robert Redford in 1974.’”

Melania renegotiates prenup to protect Barron

It’s safe to say that the Trump family is going through a very challenging time. The justice system will decide if he has broken any laws, and time will tell whether it will change their lives.

Meanwhile, Melania Trump has decided to start thinking about the future, especially in a future where her husband is being found guilty.

According to Page Six, Melania Trump has spent the last year renegotiating the terms of her prenuptial agreement with Donald. Now, the source says, her new “postnup” is in place. The news outlet reports that Melania wanted the new deal because she was worried about how much money would be left for her and Barron after legal bills, damages, and possible fines were paid.

“This agreement was necessary because of the current legal battles [Donald] has suffered,” a source told Page Six, adding that the renegotiated prenup will “provide a more solid future” for Melania and Barron if the couple would go separate ways.

“It’s not that she threatened to leave him. It’s definitely the underlying idea.”

A person familiar with the renegotiated prenup told Page Six that Melania wanted the deal to provide her with money and property. It included cash, where there is a “specific amount at minimum that Barron is supposed to obtain.”

Moreover, another source told the news outlet, “This is at least the third time Melania has renegotiated the terms of her martial agreement.”
