In newspapers all throughout the world, Prince Harry’s candid memoir Spare garnered headlines. The Duke shouted out various members of his royal family and accused them of everything from hurting him to not receiving Meghan as he desired. This included the queen, who Harry referred to as his “wicked stepmother.”

No one from the royal family has responded to Harry’s assertions. However, rumours have said that the accusations against King Charles, Prince William, and Princess Kate infuriated them.

The Royal Ascot was place in June as is customary. A unique royal box designed especially for the royals and other distinguished invited guests is located on the storied horse racing track.

However, there were rumours that Harry and Meghan were the subject of conversation in the royal box at Ascot this year.

The connection between Harry and Meghan and the royal family was, to put it mildly, more than strained when they departed the UK. Of course, Camilla was one of the family members who, prior to the publication of Harry’s book Spare, had grounds to disapprove of the things he had written there.

After Harry’s allegations and charges against members of his family, it was predictable that stories about the royals would surface

The remarks made by Harry reportedly incensed William and Kate, and a source for US Weekly claimed that King Charles was “distraught.” That was also a factor, the Mirror claims, in Charles’ decision to have Harry and Meghan removed from their Frogmore Cottage residence.

“He’s angry and outraged that Harry’s aired so many embarrassing and damaging assertions, and it’s put him in a terrible position with Camilla, of course, now that she’s been dragged into the equation,” the US Weekly story said.

“That has truly gone too far in more ways than one, but Harry has made so many terrible remarks and revelations that his father is at a loss for where to begin. At the very least, he thinks that as time passes, the dust will settle and Harry’s heart would eventually soften towards his family. He won’t push or apologise, though.

The accusations made by Prince Harry that Queen Camilla was dangerous and leaked information about the royal family further infuriated the monarch.

In a May interview with Fox, Nick Bullen, co-founder of True Royalty TV and a veteran royal reporter who has spent more than 20 years covering the royal family, stated, “I know from various people who are close to her [that] she was pretty furious with what was being said about her.”

But she is not the type of person who would call Harry or Meghan and yell down the phone at them.

Bullen continued, “She simply keeps moving. She may not necessarily forget what happened, nor do I believe she will necessarily forgive. But from what I understand, she doesn’t think about it often. She uses a considerably straighter bat and plays a lot longer game. She was apparently irritated by what was stated, but she immediately forgot about it.
