Hollywood legend Sophia Loren has been pictured while acting in a new movie looking very different from how she typically does.
The Life Before Us is the Italian title of the movie, and the 84-year-old actress is confined to a wheelchair for her role.
She was spotted filming in Bari, Italy, wearing a red dress with a gold floral pattern, which was covered by a red shawl or large scarf. Her hair was messy, and she hardly looked like herself.
Large crowds gathered to watch the famous person in the brand-new film, which is being directed by her son Edoardo Ponti.
Loren portrays a woman who takes care of the children of prostitutes in the film adaptation of the Romain Gary novel.
Production is expected to wrap up in August, and she will reportedly also shoot scenes at the Pane e Pomodoro beach and on the San Nicola pier over the course of the upcoming month.
