Carlos Sainz and Justin Thomas won the inaugural Netflix Cup held at the Wynn Golf Club in Las Vegas on Tuesday night (November 14).
A Formula 1 driver and a golf pro have teamed up for the opening round of the upcoming Las Vegas Grand Prix. The Netflix Cup was Netflix’s first live sporting event, and if you missed it, you can still stream it on the platform.
After Carlos and Justin’s victory, they celebrated with champagne and raised the big trophy. But at some point, Carlos’ hand slipped and he dropped the Netflix cup!
When he tried to catch it, the prey fell to the ground near the platform he was standing on and broke into several pieces. Then he stood there with his hands on his head, unable to believe what had just happened. Watch the video below!
On Saturday, November 18, Carlos will drive through Las Vegas to participate in the 2023 Las Vegas Grand Prix.
