This time, a rescue group found two puppies in the woods near Sarasota. One of them was a matte Goldendoodle puppy.
They were in such a desperate state that they had to seek help from a professional groomer.

Love4Paws, a rescue group based in Sarasota, Florida, found five Goldendoodle puppies covered in mats. They were in such poor condition that if they had been discovered a day later, they would not have survived.
Their quick response saved his life, but he needed urgent attention and care before he could be adopted.
However, given how matte they were, it seemed like they needed some maintenance at this point.
The folks at Love4Paws immediately contacted Diane’s Pawfections, a pet grooming salon whose employees decided to volunteer for the cause.
“They’re here! We can’t wait to make them feel, look & smell Great!!!” the groomer salon wrote on their official Facebook profile.
They had a difficult task ahead of them, considering the Goldendoodle was dirty, matted, and covered in feces, dirt, and bugs.
Their skin also had animal bite marks. However, the employees of the salon perfectly coped with their work, including those who came from the weekend.
The change was incredible and I was literally unrecognizable after the treatment.
They Were Ready For New Lives
It wasn’t just the appearance, the clippers getting stuck, the difficulty of combing, etc., but also the mental state of the dogs that came to the salon.
These puppies, who were about 6 months old, were very fearful and had severe trust issues. And worst of all, they didn’t know how to behave like real dogs at all.
“They didn’t know what a leash was, they didn’t know what a treat was,” user @lanadogworld said in the video. “They really didn’t understand human love.”
However, Samantha, Alana, and Makenzie have proven that they are not only excellent groomers, but also people who know how to care for dogs.
“After we got them cleaned up, you can tell they felt so much better,” says the video. “The personality started to shine and they started to act like true puppies.”
They were playing, even acknowledging their salon dog, Filet Mignon, who wanted to play with them, even though she wasn’t allowed.
“It was so emotional to see them transform from these scared puppies cowering in the corner to being so full of life, so happy, and so at peace,” they said in the video.
They were finally ready for their new lives. Although it was so hard to say goodbye to these cuties, they were very happy and proud of them and we’re wishing them the happiest furever homes.
