Jamie Foxx is getting better.
The actor’s daughter, Corinne Foxx, posted on Instagram that her father is recovering from a “medical complication” on Tuesday.
In a statement released on behalf of the Foxx family, Corinne stated, “We wanted to communicate that my father, Jamie Foxx, had a medical problem yesterday.”
“Thanks to prompt action and excellent care, he is already on his way to recovery, which is fortunate.” The statement says, “We know how much he is loved and appreciate your prayers.” During this time, the family asks for privacy.”
The 55-year-old actor was most recently seen working on Cameron Diaz’s upcoming Netflix movie Back in Action. The broadly expected film will be Diaz’s most memorable big-screen project since 2014’s Annie revamp, which additionally featured Foxx.
An insider claimed that Foxx and the star of Charlie’s Angels “have great chemistry” during filming, despite Netflix’s secrecy regarding the plot of Back in Action.
According to a source in the film industry, Foxx influenced her to make another film. A source stated, “She decided to go for it when this project came along and she was pursued by Jamie Foxx, whom she has known and worked with for years.”
Prior to recording, the entertainer commended his birthday in December by posting a highly contrasting preview of himself as a kid and pondering his past.
He wrote in the caption, “Dis big head boy bday and thanks for all the bday shouts #sagseason if it’s my birthday it’s your birthday.”
