Jamie Lynn Spears is opening up about her famous sister Britney.
The 32-year-old actress and Dancing With the Stars competitor is currently filming for I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! in the United Kingdom.
While on it, she hasn’t had much to say about Britney. However, she offered up a bit of insight.
Chiefly, she recounted an “embarrassing” and “heartbreaking” moment in Britney‘s life. It involved her pop peer Christina Aguilera.
Jamie Lynn also revealed where she and Britney stood after being estranged for some time following the Princess of Pop’s conservatorship.

“Want to hear about something really embarrassing that happened one time,” Jamie Lynn asked during a recent episode of the show, adding, “It involves my sister. She was up for her first Grammy. It was her and Christina.”
She continued, recalling, “Britney was clearly the bigger star of that year, she worked her a-s off. They had MTV camera crews at home watching our family, because it was like a no-brainer, she’s winning. And she’s there and she lost.”
“I was so young, I was probably like 8 or 7 or something. I just remember being like, ‘This is crap,’” Jamie Lynn said about her response.
While she said that “Christina was wonderfully talented,” it was pretty clear who she wanted to see win. “I mean come on, let’s be honest, ‘It’s Britney, b-tch’ like always.”
Jamie Lynn continued, revealing that Britney was not a fan of the Grammys after that. “She was heartbroken about that because her whole life had been dedicated to winning that,” she said.

“I think every family fights and has their stuff but I talked to her before I came here and we love each other,” she shared.
