Longtime friend and collaborator Jeff Beck of Johnny Depp passed away.

A source claims that the Pirates of the Caribbean actor, 59, “was by Jeff’s bedside” with “many other rock stars” before Beck’s death. The English guitarist passed away on Tuesday at the age of 78.

They were pretty close, and their bond deepened over their summertime joint tour, the informant claimed. The illness came on rapidly, and during the past few weeks, everything quickly deteriorated.
