After the country singer was criticized for engaging in a combative exchange with a fan on July 15 during her residency in Las Vegas, Miranda Lambert’s supporters are split.

On July 15, Miranda Lambert cut her performance short to chastise a group of spectators for taking pictures while she performed a particularly moving song.
The country singer was seen in the TikTok video belting out her heartbreaking 2017 hit, “Tin Man,” which contains lyrics cautioning the Tin Man from “The Wizard of Oz” about the risks of having a heart. After singing the first few lines, Lambert declares, “I’m gonna stop right here for a sec. ”.
Pointing at the girls, the performer said into the microphone, “These girls are worried about their selfies and not listening to the song.”. I find it a little bit grating. ”.
By restarting the song, Lambert tried to bring the crowd back in the present, but they were still in a tense state.
