On August 30, model Emma Heming Willis, married to famed actor Bruce Willis, spoke out about her unhappiness. Bruce’s acting career was coming to an end only a few months ago.

Willis, as previously stated, revealed that he had recently been diagnosed with aphasia. Willis and his family said in their first statement:

“As a family, we wanted to communicate with Bruce’s fantastic supporters that our darling Bruce has been facing some health concerns and has recently been diagnosed with aphasia, which is hurting his cognitive ability.”

Emma has been reminiscing about their summer together since she announced the announcement. A lot of it was spent with family members.

Emma, on the other hand, recently reached out to her Instagram followers. While watching a video montage, Emma spoke openly about her experiences with loss.

“This was the summer of self-discovery — learning new hobbies, pushing myself outside of my comfort zone, and staying active,” Emma said in the film, which featured her working out, playing tennis, biking, gardening, doing chores, and painting.

“My sadness can be debilitating but I’m learning how to live beside it. Grief, as my stepdaughter @scoutlaruewillis put it, is the deepest and purest kind of love. I hope that brings you some consolation as well.”

Scout, Bruce’s ex-wife Demi Moore’s dog, also reacted to the video, writing, “This is so wonderful! I’m so proud of you, and I adore you!!!”

Other people also shared their words of wisdom about grieving. “Grief will drive you to move mountains when you can barely leap hurdles,” said another.

Emma also posted a recent video of Bruce and their friend playing music. Despite his health issues, Bruce is still a fantastic harmonica player.

On National Grief Awareness Day, Emma’s message was shared.
