Elsa Patton appeared on The Real Housewives of Miami from 2011 to 2013, where she was incredibly popular and intriguing to the general population. That is why she was given her spin-off show.

Meanwhile, Elsa chose to get further plastic surgery, but the results were not what she desired. Whenever she spoke about her surgeon, she referred to him as “the man who damaged my face” because her appearance was drastically altered. Elsa looked wonderful before surgery, which is why many people were perplexed as to why she underwent so many plastic procedures.

Elsa, unfortunately, died in 2019.

We must recognise how critical it is to accept ourselves and feel good in our skin. It makes no difference whether we are tall, short, fatter or thinner, bald or otherwise. We all have tiny things we’d like to change, and it’s OK to do so, but first and foremost, we must learn to embrace and appreciate our bodies. We don’t have to be concerned about what other people think of our physical appearance.

Some people want to colour their hair, some to get tattoos, others to lose weight, and others to try plastic surgery. If you want plastic surgery, you must go to an excellent doctor because the results can be disastrous.

Many celebrities have plastic surgery to “correct” different problems with their bodies. However, not everyone chooses the best doctor.

Many celebrities also choose to forego the results of cosmetic procedures such as BBL, lip acid, or botox. The stars do this because they realise they look a lot better.

Unfortunately, there are some cases when the consequences of plastic surgery cannot be reversed, and the face remains as it is.

Elsa Patton is one such case. She rose to prominence due to the reality television show The Real Housewives of Miami, but this was not enough for her, and she wanted more. That is why she chose to have plastic surgery to improve her appearance and retain her celebrity.

But how did Elsa look before these surgeries?

Elsa lived a relatively secluded life before her appearance on The Real Housewives of Miami, and little information about her can be discovered on the internet. After she appeared on the show, this changed. She was married to Donald Patton until he died in 2018. They’ve been together for 50 years. Elsa passed away 15 months after Donald. Marysol Patton and Thomas Anthony Jones were their two children. Elsa and Marysol are featured on The Real Housewives of Miami together. The show was cancelled, but after eight years, it was revived in 2021 with Marysol in attendance. Before appearing on the show, her daughter spoke about her mother, saying she was always a very social and prominent woman.

Marysol said that many people wanted to be around Elsa and be friends with her since she was a very good woman to others and was usually in the spotlight, so she didn’t feel very similar when the programme premiered. However, she stated that after the show aired, when she went out with her mother on the street, everyone stared at them, and strangers approached them to beg them to take a picture together.

Because fans adored Elsa’s attitude, she was given her “Havana Elsa” show in 2012. Elsa may have undergone further plastic surgery over time, especially as Marysol still posted old photos of her mother in which discrepancies could be seen.

Elsa desired those plastic operations, but they didn’t come out the way she planned, so she decided not to talk too much about them, but she referred to her surgeon solely as “the man who damaged my face”. Many surgeons have spoken on Elsa’s case, with some claiming that it is an extreme example in which you can’t even tell what she looked like previously. The surgeon made a mistake by agreeing to continue intervening even though he should have denied future surgeries.

Elsa had a stroke and was transported to the hospital before filming Season 3 began. Her daughter stated that when she arrived at her mother’s house, she was highly bewildered and unable to communicate. Unfortunately, Elsa’s condition deteriorated further. Elsa died on May 13, 2019, after “a protracted illness,” according to her daughter Marysol. However, she died surrounded by her friends and family.

Marysol married Steve McNamara in April 2021, and they chose to honour Elsa by including a Mayan ceremony and a shaman. “It was the foundation of her mother’s spiritual-religious roots,” a source explained.

People who adored Elsa will remember her for her beautiful personality, which drew others to her.

May she find peace.
