An innocent puppy in poor health was unfortunately abandoned at an unknown location.
This poor soul was alone in great pain and his eyes were completely closed. He was very scared because he could not see anything and he was trapped in a completely unknown place.
Fortunately, local rescuer Danu Colombo, who has dedicated his life to saving the lives of furry people, found this poor pup and decided to do whatever it took to save him.

Danu named him Bohrok and immediately started the treatment.
Under Boroko’s fluffy fur, he was so small that only his bones could be felt. They soon discovered that Boroko was suffering from Demodicosis, also known as “Demodex” or “Red Cockroach”.
This left his face so swollen and infected that he was unable to open his eyes. The fur also fell off the rest of his body, especially his legs. I’m so scared that whenever someone touches me, my hair falls out. Unfortunately, Boroko was also very weak and full of parasites. The treatment was not easy. They had to feed him special food with vitamins and antibiotics, give him special baths and pray for his survival.

After two weeks of treatment, Boroko started to feel better. Recovered dog lying on a blanket
His eyes gradually opened, his tail wag, and he became friendly with other dogs.
It was a huge improvement, but Boroko still had a long way to go to recovery.

Bohrok’s rescuer, Danu, and everyone around him who helped treat and care for the dogs fell in love with the little puppy.
They were all excited to see this dog come into their lives. Slowly but surely, Baroque’s mood began to improve. My personality improved and we became close. In addition, fur began to grow.
After treatment, Boroko became almost completely unrecognizable. He was a brand new dog – a beautiful dog.

Without Danu, her friends and a life-saving treatment, she would not have survived. Borog is now a beautiful dog, very friendly and playful. That person is also much older now. This heartbreaking journey is a true example of how one touch of love can change someone’s life in an instant.
Everyone has beauty within them, but it just takes the right person to see it and bring it out. The world would be a better place if there were more people like Danu Colombo.
