One of the most heartbreaking things for an animal rescuer is trying to save a dog only to find out it’s too late.
He can break someone’s heart in seconds because he hopes it will somehow matter so he can get there faster. And who knows? It may or may not be so. Ultimately, this tragedy should never have happened. More needs to be done to prevent this. In this story, we will talk about two puppies abandoned in the mountains near a garbage dump.
Dogs live in garbage
Two hungry dogs near the garbage
As soon as rescuers received a report that two abandoned puppies were living in the mountains, they rushed to rescue them. When they got there, they found the puppies right next to a huge pile of garbage. It was just a heartbreaking scene. I can’t imagine who would be so heartless as to leave them in a place where they have no chance of survival.
The rescuers looked at the dogs and realized they were barely responding. They didn’t care if anyone came to help.

They grabbed them and took them back to the car. It was so cold where they were that they turned on the heat to help them recover. After taking him to the vet, they checked on one of the fully unresponsive puppies and breathed a sigh of relief when they realized he was still breathing.
The other dog seemed very sad and depressed at the vet.

After some time, the vet realized that he could not save one of the dogs and had to let him go to end his suffering.
Someone must have hit him. His lungs are full of blood. This was the most difficult thing for them, but they had no other choice.
They weren’t going to let the same thing happen to their other dog, now named Lily. During the test, it was discovered that I was infected with parvovirus.
This had to be handled with care, so they watched her every step of the way to see if she could recover. During the treatment, he did not eat at all because his digestive system was having problems.

They kept him on the IV while he recovered to make sure he was getting all the nutrients he needed. After 7 days of treatment, his appetite improved. Lily has eaten a lot and digestion is no longer difficult. After just over a month, Lily was a completely different dog. He wags his tail, loves to play and eats like a big dog. Your vet will give him his shots soon, but he will be ready for adoption once he is fully recovered.
I hope Lily finds someone to give her the same love and care as her rescuers. He deserves it.
