Andy noticed the mother pointing at him as they moved toward the door. She said gently that it would be best if you continued your education”.
Wow. Regarding the opinionated mother, Andy, dating Jenna and a devoted father to his son, had some harsh words. He posted an open letter to her urging her not to judge a book by its cover on Facebook.

Andy Ross of Vancouver, Washington, had an unexpectedly touching encounter with a critical mother and her young daughter while running errands.
His astounding response is currently trending on Facebook:
So I had an amazing ‘educational’ conversation with a mother and her daughter today. A little girl kept looking at me as I walked into the store before I got home. It’s OK, that. People naturally fascinate kids, especially if they are as filthy as I am. Finally, as I was paying, they moved before me. ”.
“The mother pleaded with the young child to stop staring as she did.”
As they concluded and moved toward the door, the young girl’s mother said, “That is why you need to stay in school.”
“I reasoned that this would be a great time to educate this mother and her daughter, who was probably 7 or 8.”.
“First, let me start by saying I’m a brilliant dirty man. I have a high school diploma, a college degree, and several medical certifications.”
So, assuming I’m ignorant based on how I look is highly foolish in and of itself. ”.
Second, I argue that telling your child to stay in school because I have tattoos all over my arms will stifle her creativity and possibly limit her imagination as she ages. ”.
“Once again, ma’am, I disagree with your point. I’m very proud of the tattoos and body art that Forrest Bateman has put on me”.
“It stands for my commitment to my country and my responsibilities as a special operations medic during several combat tours”.
Third, if you’re referring to the hat (not shown) I’m sporting, you might not understand it because it features an elk”.
“I just so happen to be one of Evergreen State Outdoors’ co-owners. I’m happy to support my right to hunt and own a gun legally and to be a part of the outdoor industry”.
“I finally decided to work in the construction industry. I’m happy to go to work every day, and I’m proud to have contributed to the development of America”.
“I tried working a desk job when I left the army, but it wasn’t for me.”
“I enjoy working outside in the fresh air.”
Therefore, it comes with occasionally being filthy”.
“I have a great job and benefits and have no trouble caring for my family ”.
“Therefore, my IQ or desire for further education has nothing to do with my appearance. Before departing, I told the two, “Have a good day, and try not to judge people before you know anything about them.”
“Good luck with the little girl; she deserves it.”
