Walking into work one morning, the staff at Forsyth County Animal Shelter were greeted by a surprising sight: two adorable puppies waiting outside the building. Without any prior notice or documentation, the puppies had been left in separate kennels with only a short handwritten note to accompany them.

Despite the confusion surrounding their arrival, the team at FCAS wasted no time in welcoming the puppies into their care. With no information about their background, they could only rely on the brief details provided in the note. It mentioned the names, approximate ages, breeds, and a bit about their demeanor.

Rather than passing judgment on the person who left the puppies, the FCAS team chose to approach the situation with empathy and understanding.
