This isn’t the first altercation between a member of the Australia media and a Hollywood powerhouse.
Just a few weeks ago, actor Jacob Elordi was allegedly at the center of a physical altercation with a radio producer for The Kyle & Jackie O Show.
According to Variety, the producer, Joshua Fox approached Elordi at the hotel he was staying at and asked him for some of his bathwater, a reference to a scene from Elordi’s most recent movie Saltburn.
According to Variety, Elordi reportedly asked Fox to stop filming him and delete the footage, and that’s when Fox alleges Elordi assaulted him.
“I refuse to because I feel uncomfortable right now and this is the only evidence,” Fox said in the days following the alleged incident while talking about it on the radio. “And then Jacob kind of just flips and he kind of pushes me against the wall and his hands are on my throat.”
Police told Variety that they were also investigating this incident.
