The former Desperate Housewives star, Nicollette Sheridan, recently posted a photo of herself in gym gear on Instagram to show off her amazing body.
Nicollette has spent 28 years working out consistently, which she credits for her trim figure. She is unquestionably living proof that anyone, at any age, can change their body through commitment and hard work.
Movies like The Sure Thing and Spy Game featured English actress Nicollette Sheridan in supporting roles. In 2004 she received a Golden Globe nomination for her lead performance in the soap opera Desperate Housewives. Sheridan has also written and created television programs and motion pictures.
Sheridan was born in the English city of Worthing, West Sussex. She has two older sisters, Julie and Nikki. Sheridan’s great-uncle George Savalas played the title role in the crime drama Kojak from the 1970s.
The parents of Sheridan are the director Bob Sheridan and the actress Sally Savalas. Her parents “were always incredibly supportive of me and never put any pressure on me to go into acting,” according to Sheridan.
However, she got a head start on her career by appearing in a number of commercials and supporting roles before landing her first significant part in the television movie Sword of Honour at the age of 14.
Sheridan debuted in a British Airways advertisement at the age of 15, which launched her modeling career. Later, she started to appear in television commercials, and in 1981, she was chosen for the serial opera Crossroads.

Sheridan has been married twice, first to actor Terence Beevers from 1985 to 1991 and then to actor Andreas Lundstedt from 2001. (2007-2015). Both Jack and Declan are Sheridan’s sons.
