The former First Lady of the United States, Rosalynn Carter, has dementia at the age of 95, according to a recent announcement by the Carter Center.
According to a statement issued by the Carter family from their home outside of Atlanta, Georgia, Rosalynn Carter, the former first lady, has dementia.
She keeps taking advantage of the springtime in Plains, enjoying her happy home life with her husband, and visiting her loved ones.

The former Georgia governor, who is 98, entered hospice care more than three months prior to the announcement, according to the Carter Center.
