South Carolina has two of the cutest puppy brothers. Because they’re so resilient, there’s nothing Charlie and Doug can do to make their mother, Kimberly Hansberry Shelton, and her family smile. These puppies have so much joy to share that it doesn’t just get passed down to their families.
a nice surprise
Man and woman with two golden retrievers
One day, Kimberly looked out the window into her backyard. Suddenly he saw his 94-year-old neighbor, Mr. Bill, slowly approach the front door with something in his hand.
He stopped, looked into the garden and waited. Kimberly was so curious about what was going on that she picked up her phone to answer the call and we are so glad she did!
It made for the cutest look. Mr. Bill was waiting for Charlie and Doug and wanted to give them a snack. It was clearly a habit because the dogs pounced on him as soon as they saw him. Charlie came first and took the candy. He even tried to get some before Doug arrived, but Bill knew Doug deserved a treat too.

Due to the bad weather two days ago, the dogs didn’t get a chance to greet Mr. Bill. However, as soon as the sun rose, they met again at the gate and shared snacks, showing affectionate affection.
Kimberly couldn’t help but thank her neighbor for loving her dog so much. The video quickly went viral and reached Bill’s niece, who commented and expressed how grateful she was that Kimberly shared this cute habit.
“We are so lucky and blessed to have moved right behind him,” replied Kimberly.
Final Word
Life sure is filled with adorable little moments that make it all worthwhile.
If you would like to make somebody’s day like Mr. Bill did for Kimberly, try carrying around some dog treats in your pocket and hand them out to all the good furry boys and girls around the world; just make sure to get consent from their parents first.
