After almost 20 years of marriage, Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas divorced in 2015, but they still treasure their memories of one another.
In the actress’ most recent social media post, she reflected on their time spent together during Holy Week in Spain.
Catholics commemorate Christ’s suffering each year during Semana Santa, or Holy Week, in numerous Spanish villages with lovely processions as a penance.
Melanie shared images from the commemoration held this year between April 2 and 9. She reflected on how significant the occasion was during her marriage to the Spanish Oscar contender from 1996 until 2015.
