Meghan Markle previously expressed her grief over the passing of a close friend in a heartfelt letter.

The message was prepared and circulated in honor of the Duchess’s beloved friend Oli Juste, who was the one who first connected her with the organization.

The duchess recalls how Oli helped her publicly and behind the scenes at the Mayhew organization in the letter.
Meghan and Oli are both known for their concern for animals, at the time of the event, Meghan’s future husband and fiancé, Rob, assisted her injured dog Guy, in his recovery. “They adored him as if he were their own,” he wrote in one of his writings.
Meghan’s three-year contract expired at the beginning of this year. On the other hand, the duchess has stated that she will continue to support the organization in question. To conclude his words, he added that Mayhew would be the one to carry on Oli’s legacy.
“In his honor, we will build the Oli Juste wing at Mayhew to keep animals whose owners can’t find them because, like Oli, they will always be loved and never forgotten,” he wrote in the letter. “In his honor, the Oli Juste wing at Mayhew will be established to house animals.”
